Wilding the Senses is a project that aims to make an outdoor space that is full of creativity and colour that everyone can enjoy. Over the coming year we’ll be designing and creating a colourful garden at the Workhouse so look out for future workshops that will include willow making, planting herbs and much more!

Saturday 18th March – FULLY BOOKED! – Remembering and Story Telling with Helen East –  will involve using storytelling to explore the history of the current garden and to start creating a new story and imagine a new garden.

Saturday 1st April – Creative Herb Planting with Natalie Morris – learn about and plant herbs along with creative activities.

Workshops are FREE and will be from 10.30am – 1pm.

From 1pm feel free to stay and play – either bring your own lunch or food will be available from an on-site cafe.

Please come with appropriate clothes as it could still be quite cold and wet in March and April. We have inside spaces if the weather gets very bad.

The project is supported by the Postcode Local Trust which is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode – www.postcodelocaltrust.org.uk
