Fiona Collins and Catrin Williams engaged with families, adults with mental health and school children to explore the Indian collection at the Clive Museum at Powis Castle in Welshpool. The project allowed participants to explore and critically think about the connections between Indian and Welsh culture by creating art works in response to the artefacts at the museum which culminated in an exhibition as the castle.

The project was funded by the Arts Council of Wales and NADFAS.

It was great to have the genuine interest and cooperation of the Castle staff.  Being able to display the work there and to give every participant a free pass to see their work in such an impressive setting was very empowering for the participants
