VILLAGE STORYTELLERS are a lively, entertaining duo based on the mid-Wales borders. With over 40 years’ professional storytelling experience behind them they offer both performances and workshops for all ages from pre-school to senior citizen and everything inbetween. Clive Hopwood and Pauline Bennett have worked in schools, libraries, art galleries, museums, castles, festivals, day centres, prisons, residential homes, community centres, Myths, legends and folktales from around the world can be shaped and selected to any individual needs or themes. Extensive experience in working in schools across the country with both pupils and staff, and using oral storytelling as a foundation for enhancing literacy skills, creative writing, drama or video work. Full back-up resources provided as part of the service. Fantastic fun guaranteed with tangible outcomes. Used to working with all levels of literacy or ability including special needs children.
