We delivered a textile project in Machynlleth with Hilary and Graham Roberts and with Ezma Zhao in Montgomery exploring the writing and sewing of Jane Austen to celebrate the 200th centenary of her death. Over ten weeks participants created their own textile art works in response to her work  and life, including textile pieces, audio recordings and stories. The work was exhibited in community venues for all to see. The project was funded by the Laura Ashley Foundation.
