The 8th St Myllin’s Day on Saturday 16th June was a successful celebration of Llanfyllin and its people. A free brunch, provided by Something Tasty, kept the community sustained whilst enjoying a performance from Masquerade, arts and crafts with Jane Carrington, tower tours of the church, a range of stalls, music from Big Snail and Pete Beresford and Rory Motion. The mayor, Simon Baines, also announced the winner of the Llanfyllin Good Citizen Award. A big-thank-you to all the volunteers who helped on the day to make it such a successful event! The event was funded by Llanfyllin Town Council.
