This class is perfect if you are looking for something sociable and fun to improve your lung and heart health, boost your immune system and breathing, improve your mental health and make friends. | Mae’r dosbarth hwn yn berffaith os ydych chi’n chwilio am rywbeth cymdeithasol a hwyliog i wella iechyd eich ‘sgyfaint a’ch calon, rhoi hwb i’ch system imiwnedd a’ch anadlu, gwella eich iechyd meddwl a gwneud ffrindiau.

Singing is not the focus; however this is a great opportunity for beginner singers who are looking to gain confidence in a relaxed setting. No singing experience needed! | Nid canu ydy’r ffocws; fodd bynnag, mae’n gyfle gwych i rai sy’n dechrau canu sy’n edrych i ennill hyder mewn lleoliad ymlaciol.

These sessions are excellent for people living with respiratory conditions, as well as anyone who would like to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Everyone is welcome to join. |  Mae’r sesiynau hyn yn addas i bobl sy’n byw gyda chyflyrau resbiradol, yn ogysta ag unrhyw un a hoffai nerthu eu ‘sgyfaint a gwella eu iechyd resbiradol yn gyffredinol.
